HM Resources/Law

Small and medium organisations rarely have the time, expertise or resources to maintain a human resources LAW function. Yet this function can not only allow you to comply with the law and save your company from expensive claims but enhance staff performance.

We are a management consultancy who give employers tailored support in the area of employment law.

We provide a complete employment law package. We support your company to ensure that all elements of your relationship with your employees comply with best practice and the law. Our expert support allows you as an employer to concentrate on your business. Marble Pillars provides support to you as an employer on personnel issues. legal indemnity

Obviously we do not want your Company to go to Tribunal as it can be costly in terms of Legal representation/awards made by tribunal and time consuming which also has cost implications to your company. Equally as important going to Tribunal can have a detrimental and disconcerting effect on the company itself. We recognise the cost and effect on a company therefore we want to avoid any effect on your company. In the package we therefore cover the costs of Representation by Specialists Employment Solicitors/barristers at Tribunal and any awards made by the Tribunal up to the limit of cover.

Tribunal Support

Any of your employees can without difficulty bring a claim against you. Whether that claim in essence has any grounding in law or not, your company will have to defend it at Tribunal. This process has cost implications for your company in money and time.

If a case against your company does proceeds to Tribunal the process will be overseen by your solicitor who will be familiar with the details of the case. The solicitor will appoint a barrister to represent you in Tribunal. Your solicitor and Barrister will give legal guidance and preparation of the case. We aim to minimise any pressure to your company by preparing and taking you through the process and giving you the best legal representation in tribunal.

Legal indemnity–Costs of Representation by Specialists Employment Solicitors at Tribunal and any awards made by the Tribunal up to the limit of cover.
